28/7/20 ^^^I was so tied up today

Sorry baby, been preparing for my presentation.

I am trying my best to maintain my presentation within 15 minutes.  I think I can do it.  Already my practiced lesson plan is the best for today.

I sure miss those days where I can simply talk cock and sing songs with you.  Now, in between learning and preparing for my course, I don't have much time to think about things that matters between us.

I had not been getting enough sleep for the past few days and still I am not sleepy.  Is this normal?  This is my new norm right now.

I was meddling with the old printer.  Managed to get it working.

I am in serious trouble Sarah.  Tonight is the second night in a row I have trouble sleeping.

Tomorrow I got to wake up at 6:30 am so that I'll be in the class by 8:30 am.

Looking forward to it.

The trainer is a very experienced lady.  However she doesn't follow the format.  Therefore it is a bit draggy.

The reason being I suspect is because she did not prepare the student manual.  Therefore she is not comfortable with the content.

So ended, she spent half a day talk cock sing songs.

I am in such a cheerful mood right now.  There is still a lot to learn but that's the best part of the entire course.  I am learning so that I can earn.

You know, if things go according to plan, I will be training close to 16 days a week.  All because of PENJANA.  Guess what?  Me and my big mouth committed TWENTY days a month LOL.  I'm gonna tear my ass, baby.

In consulting you are either a pimp or a hooker.  I am a hooker.  Pal is a Super Pimp.  He is a pimp who is also a hooker.  Get it?  I don't mind being a hooker.  All I gotta do is spread eagle LMAO.  A pimp has to do a lot of dirty work in order to clinch the deal.  In my case I wash my hands clean.

This concept was mooted by my good buddy, the late Dr Narayan, the Jersey Mafia from Bell Labs.  He died of a heart attack last March.  He was a hardcore smoker.

My industry oozes with positivism.  There are between 30 to 35 k certified trainers.  Not all of them are active.  Here is the real story.  The exceptional trainers are like cream in a cuppa coffee.  They raise to the top.  As for the rest, they become sediments.

If you are a great trainer and you are independent, you can make between RM300 to RM500 k a year running your small set up.  However the smart ones attach themselves with the bigger training companies.  They make between RM150 to RM250 k a year but they don't have the headache of running a business.  You follow?

You made a good choice teaching English.  That is the most versatile subject.  Make that your core competency.  From there you can veer into Presentation Skill, Public Speaking Training and Train the Trainer even.

Look baby, your industry has a shelf life.  A trainer doesn't have a shelf life.  Look at me.  After leaving the industry for 20 years, I am still salable.  That's because I am trainable.  The money is good too.

I love you baby.  All I want is to share with you what I considered the best paying hard work.  It can also become the lowest paying easy work.  You always have that choice in training.
