5/7/20 ^^^To lose 15 kg by October

I am practicing OMAD with apple for dinner today.

I need to eat less.

So my target is 79 kg.  I need to be slim to conduct a course on mental health.

This next whole week I will focus on sleeping on time, exercise and dieting.

I feel really good.  I am going to have a source of income.

But first I got to lose weight.

No 2nd serving of rice.
