15/7/20 ^^^Focus on becoming thin

Very simple, no carbs.  Well I still eat carbs.  What I am avoiding are sugar and starch.

This is the test.  I need 2 weeks to get rid of carbs cravings.

Fruits should be OK.  I am not too strict.  As long as it is not sugar and starch.
