So I ate carbs throughout the day. It felt good. I do not overindulge though. About 80% full.
This Nicorette got to go too. Right now I am reducing it as much as I can. I already ate three.
I make a point to eat 3 Nicorette a day after meal.
I intend to have Cheat Days once every 2 weeks.
Based on my observation, it is too soon to quit Nicorette. When I quit Nicorette I have the urge to smoke dope.
