14/7/20 ^^^You can never be too thin


I should aim for 63 kg.

What are my leverages?

By 8/8 I am going to lose 5 kg and weighing 87 kg
By 21/8 Quit Nicorette
By 4/9 I am going to weigh 79 kg (worse 82 kg)
By October I am going to meet Pal and lose 20 kg by weighing 73 kg (worse 79 kg)
By November I am meeting Amarpreet and weigh 69 kg
By December I am having my gout checkup and have a reading of 300
By January - 63 kg
By April I am meeting Munek - 57 kg


79 - 63 - 57

There is no shortcut.  No carbs.  I think next week I can just eat dinner only.  I was not hungry until 3 pm today  Patience and persistence. 

173 kg (57 kg to 64 kg)

57 kg is still doable.  Total fat loss is 36 kg.




I got to stop Nicorette.

My plan is a 9 months plan.

This guy lose 38 kg in 6 months.



My breakfast: Usually 4-6 eggs made in different styles, along with 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of veggies (any)

My lunch: 200 grams of chicken/Eggs/Paneer along with 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of veggies

My dinner: Usually protein shake or the same meal as above

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I eat parathas made by my mother and lots of Chinese food.

I have the will power to do this.  I have the leverages.  9 months is just nice.  SAY NO TO CARBS.
