16/7/20 ***Just focus on 79 kg

Right now I am 90.7 kg.  I need to lose 11.3 kg to get to 79 kg.

How do I do it?  No carbs.

I need to do it in 2 months.

I need to be conscious of what I eat.

Eat until 80% full.

79 kg is good.

I should focus to hit that.  That will be a major win.

Nobody like a fat person.  Even I don't like myself when I'm fat.

Then 63 by the end of this year.

The only way to do it is IF and Keto diet.  If I steadily lose weight, that will be very encouraging.  The problem is my weight stalled for the past 1 week.

I should not lose my enthusiasm.  I should be patient and persistent.

That's the same attitude I should have with Els too.  I should only contact her when I hit 63 kg.

Then I can really show off.  I should celebrate when I lose 30 kg.  Until then it is hard work.

We either eat or fast.

I think I take the middle path with Nicorette.  I set a daily quota of two a day.

That way I don't feel deprived.

Suddenly I am motivated to study again.

I had been putting off my study for 3 days already.  Tonight I will study.  In the meantime I just kill some time with my darling.

Definitely the main thing is to be thin.  When I am thin I look 10 to 15 years younger.

Being thin is like quitting cigarettes.  I have to keep on hitting the wall until I break the barrier.

 79 kg is the entry point.  I made the mistake of eating rice twice today.

The game is to win on weekly basis.  Every week I should lose 1 kg.

I should follow my recipe to the hilt.  Never lose hope.  Never submit to temptation like tonight.

That's what patience and persistence is all about.
