My weight did not budge from 90.7 kg for the past 5 days.  This is part of the journey.  I guess today I keep on persisting:

  • Exercise AHAD
  • No Nicorette
  • No dope
  • I eat fried eggs
I will persist IF until 1:30 pm.

This is the defining moment.  Do I smoke pot or do I fight it?

I went to BJ's house and rang his phone.  He did not answer.  So I ended exercising around his neighborhood for 15 minutes

I didn't smoke pot.  However I ate 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 small nasi lemak and 2 kaya bread for breakfast.  This is better than eating super combo nasi lemak.

Then after breakfast I snoozed.

During lunch I ate some more rice.  Since I ate that much rice, I considered today my Cheat Day.  Still, on my Cheat Day, I do not smoke dope and chew Nicorette.  It is a success.

My journey is still towards the 79 kg.  I should not lose sight of two things:
  • Not taking Nicorette makes me crave to smoke pot.  Therefore it is best that I declare today my cheat day.
  • This is not just me slimming down.  This is also my effort to lose all sorts of addictions including my addiction to Nicorette, Nasi Lemak and Els.
Being thin is the best thing I can think of.

No matter what I have to be VERY thin.  I also need to shake off my addiction to Nicorette and Els.  They fall in the same category as Nasi Lemak.

No more dope either.
