I am responsible for my own happiness. Because I am a happy person, I cascade the happiness that I have to others around me. That is the abundance mentality. I am a flourishing person regardless of the circumstances.
I am [] (not) going to expect anything from Els. Expectation only leads to disappointment. What I'll do is operate from high ground. I will just be a giver.
I did the VIA Personality Test. My number one trait is love, followed by humor, then forgiveness, and finally prudence. That means I am full of love because I am a loving person. I give love and I am happy doing so because by being loving, I actually in love with my life.
I am in love with the creations because I love the Creator. In this case, the closest I be with the Creator is by being a creator myself. Every day I give unconditionally through my writing.
I made a resolution today. I will continue to be the beacon of happiness. I will not [] (let) circumstances get on my way. I will continue to savor life and be thankful for what I have.
Els is just a pet. I should not get too emotionally involved with a pet. She is good for me to play around. I will not let her determine my emotional state.
There you have it, Sarah. From now on I want to live on purpose. It must be for a higher cause.
I know I cannot easily get rid of her. So while I enjoy her company, I should [] (not) let her immaturity drag me down.
