Savoring the Now
Honey,
I simply need a break after studying all-day-long. I just started on a new topic: The Science of Well-Being. One of the things I put into practice today is savoring. I savored the leftover spaghetti bolognese, I savored being in the present and I savored Traxxfm.
Not bad at all. Savoring leave me with a sense of gratitude; which in this case is another attribute of Well-Being.
Then as part of the assignment, I took the VIA Character Strength Survey https://www.viacharacter.org/survey/account/register
My character strengths are:
- Love
- Humor
- Forgiveness
- Prudence
No wonder Yati, my WhatsApp friend said in my heart there is a garden. I don't quite understand it *a[s] (at) first. Now I know what she means. I have a loving heart.

Until the end of the year, I will be gorging as many certificates as possible to prepare me for my second career progression. This is another course that I took:

Sadly the 3 courses that I took on Mental Health will not have any certificate. That's because I took them prior to the sponsorship of the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). All these new courses that I registered will be certified as long as I can complete them before December 31st.
Oh yeah, this is what I learned today:
Baby, you may wonder why I am sharing all this with you. Well, Els, I think of all the people out there, you and Sarah know me more than my mother knows me. You were there on my journey to recovery. I am not entirely there yet but I am on my way.
