18/8/20 ***Today's lesson is interesting

#traxxfm Whew... Finally managed to free me from the Science of Well-Being course. This is the most memorable lesson for the day: The fewer choices we have, the happier we are with the choices that we make. I'll write something tonight...

#traxxfm Turned out the more choices a person has, the unhappier he is. Freedom of choice is the #1 enemy for synthetic happiness; the happiness you fabricate when something bad happens to you.

The lesson here is to minimize your options.  A reminder that I should cap my indulgence to the 10 watches.

So it is safe to say that people with too many choices are one unhappy lot.

OK, let synthesize the thoughts.

Synthesizing *Free[] (Freedom) of Choice

My Hunny Bunny darling,

Today I learned some revolutionary concepts.  Therefore I am using this email to synthesize my thoughts.  Let me know if it makes sense.

The presenter, a Ph.D. from Harvard was saying that there are people out there who suffered major challenges in life and yet they look at the events without remorse.  What sets these people apart?

Well, basically these people managed to produce happiness despite the hardship they encounter.  This happiness is known as Synthetic Happiness.

Coincidently you came up with this quote:

In a world where u feel cold, u gotta stay gold baby
Purple heart

I am so thrilled by the congruency of how the Universe is opening up.  What are the chan[g]es (chances) that you and I are on the same page on this subject on the SAME day?  Think about it, baby.  This is really magical.  Suddenly I am now living in a Magical World.

So the question is how to stay gold?  How do you rise above the adversity?

To do so is to limit your options!  Base on his research and experiment, the fewer choices people have the happier they are with the choices.  And yet the common logic for most people is to go for more choices; which in the end will make them miserable.

What we need to do instead is to scale down to the bare minimum.

That reminds me of Rule #33:

I am now in a state of constant amazement.  All these things I am exposing myself to is telling me that I am on straight Path.  What this means is if I am going through on the same trajectory, I am going to arrive at my destination eventually.

What is the Critical Success Factor here?  Well, the most critical one is delivering a minimum of 10 days of training a month for the next 10 years. That is the endgame.  However, it is a culmination of the little things I do right like putting together the material for Mental Health and Positive Psychology.  The whole thing is a chain reaction.  It's the Law of Cause and Effect in action.

This realization is almost a religious experience for me.  As I am writing this, I am experiencing satori; the awakening.  On top of that, I feel so much love around me.  It is the Greater Love, honey.  We and the Creator are one.  We are within him and He is within us.  The feeling is so intoxicating.

Even as I write, I don't feel that it is me who is writing.  I feel that I am just the conduit of the Divine.  True enough when you surrender everything to the First Cause, Providence moves in.

I know I am in my best state right now.  I am in love with the Creator through His creations.  Indeed, I can absolutely understand how Rumi is feeling when he said I am within God and God is within me:

OK, the moment had passed.  I am back to my good old self.  Awesome experience baby.  As if my spirit is being lifted from me.

I think I take a rest now...

Bye baby, love you always.

Sine Cera,
