Just had lunch followed by the 3-in-1 coffee.

I decided to take a short break to synthesize my thoughts.

You know my issue right?  I am too forward-thinking.  On the contrary people like you and Els are more of living in the now.

Therefore, while I look at the horizon, I got to have my feet firm on the ground.  I certainly will share with you what I see.  However, I also realize nothing happens until I get paid for delivering 10 days of training a month minimum for the next 10 years.

As a Vision Community, we stick together to achieve our Shared Vision.  I know you will go for it.  What I don't know is what's in Els's mind.

So I am going with Fuzzy Thinking here.  Back to Apple and No Apple.  These next 10 years will be one big Point of Paradox.

At this present moment, I take Els as a wild card.  She is by definition of an ESFP is noncommittal.  To her seeing is believing.  That's why I need to count on *[] (you) to believe and see.

That means now that we have a vision, my role is of a Visionary Leader, and you as the Pacesetter.  Els will still be our Trailblazer.  I still have faith in her.  I have no choice.  She is a valuable team member.  Bear in mind though that our team is a Transient Team.

We need to be wary that she might jump ship at any point in time.  I had done my level best to convince her to stay on board.  My worry is she can be unpredictable at times.

For all you know, we have to proceed with Songkhla 2030 without her.  However, I will still make provision for her to join us at a later stage.

The good news is we have 10 years to crystalize our Vision.  So as time gets closer, I will keep on enticing her.  She doesn't want money or things from me.  I need to know what motivates her.  Hang on...

ESFPs like to keep busy, filling their lives with hobbies, sports, activities, and friends. Because they'd rather live spontaneously than plan ahead, they can become overextended when there are too many exciting things to do. ... ESFPs enjoy helping other people, especially in practical, tangible ways.

One of the things I plan to do is to request Rude by Magic on my birthday.  That should anchor the message:

I know she doesn't like to be dumped.  Now is to seal the deal.

We need to make her see that this is her destiny.  We are in the same boat.  I can see why you want her on board.  She is such a positive impact on all of us.  We introverts always welcome an extravert in our lives.  Els is a live wire.  She is indeed a breath of fresh air.

That's pretty much it with regards to Els.

You doing OK?  Actually, we had achieved much since the Movement Control Order.  A[s] (At) least now we have a team.  I am very confident Els wants in.  It's just she may feel that it is too far down the road.  The planning has to start now.  There are so many things we need to prepare.  It's not just the money.  I'm talking about conditioning our mind and body for the journey.

Can you believe it?  While we are squeezing water from the rock, she is happily watching Umbrella Academy and continuously listening to Dynamite by BTS.  She is such a kid.

Now, Sarah, it's you who decided to adopt a pet.  So it is your responsibility to take care of our Kitty Cat Pet LMAO aka Little Miss Messy.

You gonna be her housemate.  I know you are prim and proper.  So you gonna *[live] bear the idea of living with Little Miss Messy.  Are you ready for it?
