10/9/20 ***The main objective for the next 3 months is to quit nicotine

Stay focus on winning.

I am still fighting the withdrawal as long as I crave dopamine through the consumption of carbs.  To break carbs addiction, I need to stop eating carbs for the next 2 weeks.

The challenge is to deal with the void.

If I can overcome the void, I can get over the slump.

Then this Songkhla 2030 blues will also pass.

I need to fight the void.

Day 12 and I am still fighting with depression.

In order to stay focus, I need to stop thinking about PENJANA.  I should not be thinking about Songkhla 2030 even.

The only way to deal with this is to accept that I am already set with my own plans.

I should not let other people's plans get on the way of my plan.
