What do I need to do?
- With Nicorette, no more nicotine dependency
- With weight, OMAD is the lifestyle
- With the run, it is exercise AHAD
- With RM3 k a month, it is training 2 days a month
Same pattern recurring OMAD and AHAD.
I need to do these for the next 45 days.
I already cut Els. I think I better cut Pal. Let's get real. In the end, a Warrior Stands Alone. Eagle flies alone.
Nothing is real until it is in your grasp.
N-SEEM is real until I win one OMAD a day, one AHAD a day, and no Nicorette for the day.
Els is a delusion and Sarah is an illusion.
What is real? Cash in the wallet.
That's all that is real. The rest are just accessories. My real friend is cash in the wallet. If I am stranded somewhere today, the only thing that matters is cash in the wallet. Therefore my wallet should not run out of cash.
That is how small my world is. It boils down to how much money I carry with me. That is the legal tender. My bank account is just an accessory. It helps me feel good about myself. It is a safety jacket where else cash is freedom.
