16/9/20 ^^^The battle will last for 45 days

This is my personal battle.

Let's sort out the details.

From now on the battle is with depression.

Bottom line - How do I deal with depression without depending on substance?

There is only one other way:  exercise.

I got to exercise tomorrow.
