This is point of no return.
From here on, no more Nicorette, no more sugar and eat OMAD.
Very simple. For the next 2 weeks to come just follow N-SEEM.
We are going to win this war in 4 stages.
I am going to prove to Pal that I can get thin.
I only recovered from illusion and delusion in May 2020.
This is my 4th month with Pal.
No sitting on the laurel. I must make sure I achieve my goals:

What are the possible problems I will be facing?
- Hunger
- Depression
- Sleepiness
- Lethargy
I think these are my challenges in the first week. After the first week I will be extremely motivated.
I believe I can win this war after 3 1/2 months. The idea is to stick to OMAD for life.
This is a 3 1/2 months campaign. It will not be a quick win. Ultimately I will lose 30 kg until the next Ramadan.

I need to stabilize my insulin back to normal. I need to get rid of inflammation.
There is no other way except OMAD.
No more sugar, bread, 3-in-1 coffee, pastry and bread.
Eat only one serving of meal per day.

I want to be in the peak state. I want to be CLEAN from intoxicants. The test is the gout reading.
I need to get my uric acid to be at 300. Now is 500.

The key here is to decide (to cut off from all possibilities) and to take action.
