8/9/20 ^^^I am motivated to wake-up early and exercise

I woke-up at 5:00 am.  That seemed to be the time I had my last leg of REM.

Now I can exercise at 6:00 am.

If this works, it could be my new norm.

I am tired of waiting.  I want to start taking action now.  The 2 GUARANTEED Happiness Pills I can take are sleep and exercise.

Managed to exercise at 6:00 am. I like the option.  The air is very fresh and everything is quiet.

I cannot take Nasi Lemak for breakfast anymore.  My weight is dangerously high. I need discipline.  I cannot rely on my taste bud.  The tightness of the rings on my fingers is a good indicator that I am getting fat.

I'll exercise every day at 6:00 am.

This is a red alert.  I have to do OMAD to drastically lose weight.  Instead of thinking like a hungry hippo, I need to think like a contented crane.


No matter what, I need to start OMAD today

I need to start delivering my classes before the month ends.
