15/9/20 ***The ultimate happiness

None other than writing the blog, while chewing sugarless gum and drinking cold water.

That is my formula for success.

The next level is AHAD.

Finally OMAD.

If I can do these, all is good.

At this point, the ultimate suffering is being addicted to Nicorette.

Then, being overweight.

In the long run, the key to health and happiness is diet and exercise.

I got 45 days to get back on track.

OK enough of introspection.  What is it really we are looking at?  None other that to be healthy and happy.

I start with the basic:

  • No Nicorette
  • Sleep Well
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD
  • Minimize social media
I need to withstand hunger and I need to exercise.  For 2 nights I woke up at 4.00 am,  That should be a sign for me to exercise as 6:00 am.
