18/9/20 ^^^N-SEEM > HONS

 I want to remember this year as the year I beat the nicotine void and the hunger bully.

I guess I can put to rest the issue of nicotine craving after the 18th Day.

Now OMAD is still on Day 3.  In addition to OMAD and no SS I need to resist eating the 2nd serving of rice for the next 2 weeks.

So it's like that.  I need to say no until I break the habit.

To overcome the hunger bully, I need to say no to Sugar and Starch for 2 weeks.  This is only Day 3.
