17/9/20 ###Sticking to the game plan

Hey Sarah, I am taking a breather from all the intensities.

What I'll do is establish N-SEEM as my protocol.  That is the gist of it.

Then the next step is to do nothing.

  • No sugarless gum
  • No sugar
  • No bread
  • No cake
  • No Els
  • No Pal
  • No Maverick Purchase
Basically, I just subtract.  Keep on subtracting until the bare minimum.  That is what it means to be a minimalist.

When I subtract I will meet the void.  Well, the void is not forever.  At most, it will only last for 45 days.

In my case, I am already on Day 19 of my nicotine cessation and  I no longer salivate when I think about Nicorette.  I am less sleepy and I don't have the urge of chewing sugarless gum.

After the thorns come the roses.

Hunger is a bully.

I need 45 days to train my brain to deal with hunger.

I went to the bakery just now.  No urge at all to eat.

My mission is to convince Dr. Amarpreet that I don't need medication.  Can I lose 10 kg in 2 months.  That is the aim.
