13/9/20 ^^^Crossing the Rubicon

It is easy to kill hypomania, stop taking Nicorette.

However, to get rid of depression takes time.  I need to stabilize my brain chemicals.  That takes 3 months.

I am ready to work on it.

Now I know my real enemy.  It is none other than depression.

How do I deal with it? 

  • By reducing weight
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD
  • No more nicotine
  • Get rid of sugar
  • Avoid unnecessarily stress
That's about it.  Very simple.  I need to go for less and less frequently.

Now I know.  First weapon against depression is sleep.

I can fight this.  I put insulin at bay.

Actually, I already got it right.  Diet and Exercise = Thin and Fast = Healthy and Happy.

I don't have to rely on external factors to make me happy.  I can do it on my own.

Can you believe it, Sarah?  My key to health and happiness is diet and exercise.  Since 2019 I had been talking about it.  Now is to do it.

Run, Eat, Sleep, Repeat.

This is the secret to happiness.  I found it.  This is the key.

Live below your means and live in gratitude.

Whatever it is, I must know that my main nemesis is depression.

Depression is the opposite of happiness.  So I must move towards happiness.  That's why I must cross the Rubicon.

Losing is not an option.
