5/9/20 ^^^The urge for nicotine has subsided

Today is the 7th day I quit Nicorette.  Time flies.  The cessation is not that bad at all except that I am always hungry.

This is me breaking the bronco.

I had been chewing the sugarless gum like nobody's business though.

Let's do this step by step:

  1. In mania, I have illusions and delusions.
  2. My thoughts were distorted and my judgment got effected
  3. Once I quit cigarettes, I no longer experience mania and racy thoughts
  4.  Nevertheless, I am never off from nicotine as long as I chew Nicorette
  5. To quit Nicorette I got to break the bronco for 2 weeks
  6. Once I quit Nicorette,  I can start back to focus on thin and fast.
